All Nations Trust Company (ANTCO) originated in 1984 to fill a pressing need for an Aboriginal financial intermediary. ANTCO is an Aboriginal owned company, registered under the Financial Institutions Act. The company's Shareholders are comprised of Bands, Tribal Councils, Aboriginal Organizations, Métis Associations, Status, Non-Status, and Métis individuals.

All Nations Development Corporation (ANDEVCO), a subsidiary of ANTCO, was formed with the mandate to provide advisory, technical and management services to the Aboriginal community. ANDEVCO assists Aboriginal clients, Status, Non-status, Metis and Inuit, in the area from Hope east to the Alberta border, north to Fort St. John and west to Burns Lake. ANDEVCO offers Business Support and Advisory Services, Business Services, Business Development and Training and Aboriginal Youth Entrepreneurship.
