Description      
The Columbia Institute's goal is to foster inclusive, sustainable communities, and the istitution holds a belief that communities that value social justice and the environment, as well as the local economy, are healthier, happier places to live. Fostering individual and organizational leadership is essential for achieving strong communities. They support community leaders with cutting-edge research on emerging issues through our Centre for Civic Governance and research and education for investment decision makers on responsible investing through our partnership with SHARE. The Columbia Institute is helping to build capacity in communities through its scholarship program and selected community capacity grants.
