Meeting Room & Video Conference Facilities
Community Futures offices across British Columbia offer full Tandberg video conference facilities to improve business communications and reduce travel costs for business meetings, training, collaboration, and even staff recruitment.
Booking a Video Conference
Each Community Futures location is independently operated and facility fees, amenities and capacity vary. The following information applies only to the Trail location. For all other locations please visit the resources page at www.communityfutures.ca to locate the facilities nearest you.
Trail Facilities
Community Futures of Greater Trail offers hourly or daily rentals of our two professional business meeting rooms to accommodate meetings, staff training, video conferences and computer based training sessions. Both rooms are video conference ready and have access to wired or wireless internet through our fibre optics network. In addition to the room amenities outlined below, additional presentation equipment such as flip charts, DVD/VCR player and overhead projector are available upon request.
Board Room: Our 880 square foot Board Room comfortably seats 22 at the Board table and includes a dual sided electronic scan dry-erase white board and 3500 lumen LCD projector that projects a crisp 151 inch image. For computer based training the Board table contains twelve modern Dell computers with 19 inch widescreen monitors under the glass surface. The table sections can be configured into rows for a classroom setting with ergonomically correct monitor viewing and no visual interference between instructor and student.
Meeting Room: Our smaller 240 square foot meeting room seats 8-10 comfortably around the meeting table and includes a 47 inch LCD television for presentations or video conferences, as well as two dry-erase white boards.
