Board of Directors

The Community Futures of Greater Trail Board of Directors identifies goals and objectives for the upcoming year through strategic planning. The staff then is charged with the task of delivering on these goals. The Board meets on a monthly basis at which time management provides a progress report and receives input from the Board.

The Directors term of office shall be from the date of the meeting at which they are elected until the next annual meeting or until their successors are elected. The whole Board shall retire at the annual meeting at which the election of Directors is to be made, but subject to the provisions of the By-laws shall be eligible for re-election.
